Organizing your projects is done in the Projects area:
You first see a list of all existing
projects and a link to create a new one (Add new project). Click one of these links to
get to this form:
top left you have the chance to activate the project, enter the name
and define if it is public. Below you can assign a responsible
developer and add a description of the project. User groups that can
access to bugs of this project are to defined right aside. At least
you can add global criteria groups that are important for this

There are also project specific
criterias. You can create any number of specific criteria groups that
will only shown with bugs of the current project.
To partition your project into versions
use the Add new Version link.
